I'm not so sure if click-to-move MMORG is such a good Idea,but maybe you can put options of clicking or arrow keys...O and the some idea's are:
-Houses
-PVP Arena
-Creative Maps?
-Buddy Systems
-Bosses
-Quests
-Chat
-Clothing?
