Element Amplification not working properly

Anyway I was testing my damage on my mage and found that Element amplification isn't working properly for him..... I see no actual damage increase (aside from the int boost from the actual level) and the cost of the spells that I use hasn't risen at all.

Coincidently when I added elemental amplification was the same time as the problems I have been having with lag on the server.

Strange. It worked on Odin's server (though the MP increase did not), or at least as far as I could tell.

It's a glitch, GMs need to fix it.
