Can't run the EXE file

When i click on it, there's some kind of error involving a .dll file. Someone help me please?

it says i'm missing ijl15.dll O.O but i have it in my nexon folder wtf.

The ijl15.dll and FlowsionMS.exe MUST be in the same folder. Did you copy your entire MS folder into a new FMS one?
