Yes, you have to compile first. For help on doing this search either on Ragezone or Google for 'compiling java netbeans' or something similar. =)

Get a new recvops and sendops.

By the looks of it, you're missing something from one of your properties files. Check over them again.

They're on the SVN repository.

Also make sure after doing that put the policy jar's into the correct directories and the files in the dist folder to the ext folders. I used to have that error.

I think you have errors in world.property or,
the world_server.bat didnt load fully.
