ME damage

I'm not sure if this was intentional, but the damage ME does in fMS is waaaay less than what it does in gMS.

eg:in gMS, with lvl 1 ME 1101x10 bags kills a gobi house. I think i had to use 1701x10 or 1801x10 in fMS.
